Richard Busillo has made significant contributions to the field of financial planning. As a dedicated mentor within the FPA CFP® Residency program, he is committed to nurturing the next generation of professionals in the financial planning profession. Additionally, he has served as an Adjunct Instructor for the College for Financial Planning, teaching within the CFP® certification education program.
Before establishing Above The Line, Rich was the Chairman & CEO of RTD Financial, where he led an exceptional team in growing the firm into a substantial independent advisory group comprising over 40 employees and managing more than $2 billion in assets. His leadership and vision continue to have a lasting impact on both the firms he has led and the professionals he has mentored, and will have the same impact on your future.
